File upload issues

    Hi

    I have added a File Upload option to the Account form.

    When uploading a file of any size, I get the message “The uploaded file is too big. Maximum size allowed:300.00 kB”. I have tried various file types, including .jpg and .pdf

    UsersWP is running on a Multi-site installation. In the Multi-site network settings, the “Max upload file size” is set as 15MB.

    Where would the 300kB limit for UsersWP be coming from, can you assist please?

    Please share WP Admin credentials so we can check on that.

    It may be built into the file field. I will ask the developers to let us know more.
