forgot password page issues

We have moved to a support ticketing system and our forums are now closed.

    Is the forgot password page suppose to link to the account profile? If so, where is the link to change the password? I am cofussed. Attached are images showing paths so you can see what I am refering to.

    The forgot password page should go to ../forgot page and will only work for visitors that are not logged in.
