Franchise listings

We have moved to a support ticketing system and our forums are now closed.

    I am using UsersWP in conjuction with GeoDirectory. One of the users can see all of the listings under one Franchise, but not the other. Do I need to have separate logins for each Franchise setup?

    Hello,

    I am not sure I understand. Can you send over the URLs and logins so we can take a look?

    In most cases franchise listings are all managed by one user.

    When you say “One of the users can see all of the listings under one Franchise, but not the other.” where is that happening? In the UWP profile tab?

    Hello Alex. We are using the Franchise setting to for business groups and a user has two separate Franchise groups. In the Users Accounts, I can see all of the listings for one franchise group, but not for the second group – only the main franchise. It says there are 72 listings but can’t see them all. I will send you login info in PM.

    OK, please send over WP Admin credentials as well as the profile of the users that ‘can’ and ‘cannot’ see their listings and we will take a look.
