    Hi,

    We have a function uwp_get_displayed_user() to get the User ID of displayed profile and the currently logged in user if it is viewed by logged in user. Also, there is a query_var set to “uwp_profile” while viewing a profile of the user or use function uwp_get_user_by_author_slug() to get the user’s ID.

    Also, the comments from the custom type “video” don’t get pulled into the profile page.
    I asked the devs for my theme and they said, “The comments should be included by the plugin, not by us unfortunately. A shortcode from us will not really help in this case as they would need to simply include comments for the video custom post in the query”

    Hi,

    It looks like the theme or plugin is adding schema to the content of the post. You have to avoid the schema tags and just display the text content. This is the output of the shortcode.

    Hi,

    We have used default Posts and Comments on the Posts. You are talking about the Video which is a post type of theme. You have to do customizations to add it to the profile tabs. The Posts and Comments added by UsersWP are for default Posts in WordPress. If the theme provides a shortcode to display comments from videos then it will be easier for you to add from tab builder otherwise you will need to do customization with the help from the developer.
