    I am posting here in total desperation. I have used GeoDirectory for years. A year ago they offered a promotion on the total package so I bought it but now I cannot afford the $199 renewal. I have issues with categories and the home page map zoom so I posted a ticket. I was then told that I could not get support because I was now an “expired member”. I asked if I could still post in the Community Forum but I was told that if I did that I would be banned. So sorry I ever invested in this plugin but now I need to know where I can get help when I can no longer post in their forum.

    Appreciate any help.

    As explained by Paolo, you can still get support for the free plugins and ask for support but only for a site where no premium plugins are installed.
    It is our memberships that entitle you to support for the premium addons.

    How we provide support
    Support for Free Users (non members) is provided for website where only the core plugin is installed and used. If addons are installed and used (even only one addon), the user will have to subscribe again before being able to receive support.

    $199 is the price for 12 months of support and updates. We have cheaper options for shorter periods too.

    For example $99 for 4 months of support and updates.
