Little image icon for changing avatar isn’t showing anywhere in widget/shortcode even with it enabled. On the profile page it shows normally. Is this a bug?

    Which widget/shortcode do you mean?

    Have you tried

    [uwp_profile_header allow_change="1"]

Please share WP Admin credentials in a private reply so we can take a look at the settings.

On the page selected as the profile you should have uwp_profile or uwp_profile_header

I can see the issue there, just as you reported.
I see that you have a number of out of date plugins.
Please update plugins before further debugging.

Next step would be to disable non-UsersWP plugins to see if one of them is conflicting with the edit buttons.

Please share FTP for further debugging.

    Thanks

It does show up there but I have redirected it to vip-profile through the redirection plugin as I want to show that page as the default profile to users. But I want to do it without showing usernames and enabling people to see other people’s profile’s.

My original idea was to customize the profile page with Beaver Builder but that is kind of annoying. Is there a way to prevent people from viewing other people’s profiles?

I will ask the developers if there is a workaround for that.

    Hi,

As you have set the profile page in the settings, the change banner option will show on that page only because of the condition we have to check if it is profile page or not. What you can do is override the profile-header.php in your theme and modify it so that it displays the change banner icon on the profile page you have redirected. If you can give FTP details then I can try the changes to see if it works for you or you can set the vip-profile as profile page in UsersWP->General settings.

    Regards,
    Patrik

    Hi,

I have copied the template in theme to override and made changes. Please check and let me know if there is an issue.

    Regards,
    Patrik
