    Hi Jon,

    This error seems to be coming from the other plugin used for google captcha. Can you please tell us which plugin you are using for google captcha? We have our own plugin for google recaptcha which works fine with usersWP. You can find it here: https://userswp.io/downloads/recaptcha/

    Hi Patrik,

    I have 

    UsersWP - ReCaptcha

    installed and running and also 

    GeoDirectory Re-Captcha

    , both are your plugins.

    Is it likely that they both are conflicting with each other?

    For me it:

    Enter username,
    Enter password – incorrectly,
    Then submit.

    Hi Jon,

    When I try to login with incorrect password, it redirects to home page. I can’t still regenerate the issue. If possible can you prepare a small video of login and error message and share it with us so that we can try the same steps to regenerate the issue?

    Is https://www.experiencesheringham.com/login/ the correct login page?

    It doesn’t seem to be happening now.

    Maybe some other plugin was causing an issue.
