Issues With Social Login

    Hello,

    Yesterday I configured the Social Login functionality via Facebook and was able to test functionality from my office successfully. I attempted this again from home on an iOS device and received a blank page. I assumed it was the device/browser combination but tried it on my Mac laptop with the same result. A blank page after viewing source.

    In my office today I am now seeing a blank page when using the Facebook login. As a sanity check I went through the configuration for the Instagram login and applied it. Same result. Blank page after viewing source. I cannot think of anything that was changed between the time this initially was functioning and now. Any thoughts or things to look for? Thanks!

    It seems to be throwing a server error, can you please provide FTP info so i can check the error logs.

    Hi Kevin,

    It seems to be related to sessions, did something change there, it might be something to do with caching, do u have a setting you can turn off in WPE to test?

    I can’t really check more without FTP or WPE login.
