Lifetime memebership issue

    Hi there,

    I’m not sure if this is the right place to post this but I couldn’t find any ticket system or support email.
    I just purchased the lifetime membership however in the plugin area some plugins have the license expired. So I cannot use it.
    Also, when I’m installing the plugins the lifetime license is rejected with this error… Something went wrong! : Installation package not available.
    I have already added the website into the managed websites.

    Could you please fix this?

    You are in luck because those plugins are free and do not require a license.

    If you are in a hurry to install them you can download them from your account on this site and install them directly.

    About the error, “Something….” you are seeing that in the extensions tab? Elsewhere?

    Yes, I see this error in UsersWP > Extensions

    The developers will check into it, but, a fix for now is to ‘buy’ them in the shop, they are free, then they should be available for download and then you can install them.

    I have removed your old expired licences, you will be able to add these two free products again on their product page.
