I’m using userswp and it’s a big help. Is there a way to show the name of the logged in user in the menu? Ideally, the link would show “log on” when there is no logged on user and would show the name of the user account when logged on. Then clicking on the name of the user would link to the userswp author page. Basically, I’d like to replicate the My Account setup you have in the Geodirectory support forums.

Hi,

that would require a customization. Currently we only offer a login link that becomes a logout link if you are logged in. You also have a profile link.

If anyone else is looking for a way to make the logged on user’s name the link to the author page, I found that the user menus plugin solves that problem.
