Login popup not showing unless clearing browser cookies

We have moved to a support ticketing system and our forums are now closed.

    Hello,

    I have made this test with Microsoft Edge browser.

    I have registered as a new user and logged out. When trying to log in again, the login popup shows but without any text.

    I have cleared the browser cookies. Then, trying to log in again shows the login popup complete with text as it should.

    I have repeated the test three times just to be sure, always with the same results.

    Works fine for me. A bit slow but the text will show after a few seconds.

    Thank you very much for your reply.

    I tried again several times, waiting for up to one minute, with the same results: text not showing in the popup. Only once, the login page has shown instead the popup, but I can not recall what I have done different.

    I tried with Firefox too, with the same results.

    What should I do?

    Hi,

    I see the login popup properly. Can you please share a video with me to check the issue? Also, make sure there are no errors in console.
