Mailchimp Addon does not work

    Hi there!

    I’ve tried the plugin and first it works, but after deactivation (because we need some more testing and translation) the element is still showing in the account settings and I can’t delete it (no red cross). After re-activation of the plugin and changing the subscribe box to show again it is not showing on the frontend at all.

    I could’nt start from scratch, because the settings/elements do not correctly get deleted on uninstall. 🙁

    What can I do now? Any help is much appreciated!

    please provide a link and admin + ftp credentials and our developers will check your problem.

    I am not allowed to provide credentials and unfortunately we do not have a staging environment yet. But I solved the issue myself. I deleted all uwp_subscribe entries in the DB and re-tried the configuration. And now it works!
