Moderation Email Not Firing

    Hi there, I am finding that the moderation email is not firing to the admin at all. I attempted to register as a user to the site, and the only email that is trying to fire is the Registration Success email.

    Using UsersWP version 1.2.0.9 and Moderation version 1.2.0.
    “Enable moderation notification to admin” is enabled.

    Can you help?

    Please install the email log plugin to check which emails are being created.

    Then share WP Admin credentials in a private reply if we need to take a look.

    Hi,

    You have not mentioned the site URL. Also, can you check setting UsersWP->General->Registration->Registration Action is set to “Require admin review”? If not then you need to set this setting and then check if it works or not.

    Hi,

    There is a setting for sending admin emails in UsersWP->Emails->Admin Emails->New account is waiting for admin review which needs to be enabled. I have enabled it now so please check and let me know if your issue is resolved or not.
