My users can't change the profile image or cover

We have moved to a support ticketing system and our forums are now closed.

    I’m using avada and my users can’t change the profile or cover image, when you click on upload new one, it swhows a cropped form.

    I see the problem, the upload box is behind the header and the menu, maybe it’s an avada compatibility problem.

    There is a way to make the dialog appears in front of the header or instead, a little down of it?
