    If you wish to use the default wp-login.php for login and registration, you just probably need to enalbe registration in WP Settings > General > Allow anyone to register.

    If you want users to login front end you need UsersWP.

    Free extensions are free, no, for all other premium add-ons, the GD membership does not include them. They are add-ons of other plugins.
