i have been install the plugin and i have problem with add a register new forms .
its show blank white .
please help .

i allready try to reinstall.

i delete the plugin . it made alot problem with my site.
i dont want the plugin and i never used the premium options .
i notice to you about it at the minute i pay for it .
please refund me i dont want you to try fix the problem . i already pay and got another one that works from sombody alse .

I cannot make it work without being to check what you have done.
It works for a lot of other people without any problem.
Do you have a “register” page, with the correct shortcode
```
[uwp_register]
```
in it?
