Profile Media Upload not working

    Every time a user tries to upload media (cover and profile pictures) from the front end it doesnt work. The upload button doesnt do anything after image is selected and apply button doesnt work

    additionally, when trying to add a cover photo, the upload form is covered by a low opacity black screen that doesnt allow one to click on anything. The css name of the item is Div#uwp-modal-backdrop (in case that helps)

    Can you please post your URL and WP admin details in a private reply, so we can check this out.
    Sounds like some conflicts happening, I cannot replicate that on my test site.

    Hi there,

    It seems like you have javascript errors thats coming from some other plugin. Try deactivating your plugins one by one and then test.

    Post your admin details. We will take a look.

    Hi,

    None of the plugins seemed to have caused the issue. It is the theme itself. Only when I change themes can I use the plugin. The problem is that this is the theme that my whole site is built on. Is there any way to fix this?

    It seems the progressbar.min.js is missing from the page, can you please provide FTP info and i’ll debug it.

    ok, the hiding is now fixed but there is also a conflict with “layers-pro-extension” plugin, it seems to be breaking UWP and Autoptimize, for UWP it seems to stop the loading of progressbar.min.js file, disabelign that plugin and it works.
