Profile page not working

    Hi there,

    I have the UsersWP plugin integrated with my GeoDirectory plugin. My profile page doesn’t work. I have the setting so that when users log in they get directed to their profile page and that appears to be working now at least. But I also have it so when you’re logged in you can view your profile, and that page isn’t working. When I click View Profile (Screen Shot 2019-07-03 at 8.45.46 AM) it says the page isn’t working and it redirected too many times. Would you happen to know what’s going on? I have screenshots of my page and login settings attached.

    Contact your host for retrieval of FTP information.

    You can also share CPanel, which is the login to your site hosting management panel.

    Hi,

    It seems like there is a conflict with the theme or other plugins which is using the author redirection.

    If you have a staging site set up then please provide us the admin and FTP details in private reply so that I can deactivate the plugin and activate one by one to see which plugin is causing the issue without affecting your live site customers.

    Hi,

    You have disabled the author URL redirect to UsersWP profile page in settings UsersWP->General->Profile->Show Advanced and when I untick it then if fixes the redirect loop issue. Can you check from your side? I have disabled it on both live and staging site.
