Hello, I’ve just activated all the UsersWP plugins & licenses that I thought I’d need and now cannot login to my WordPress site. I get the following message when I try: reCAPTCHA ERROR: The secret parameter is missing or invalid. Please try again.
Any thoughts how I can gain access to my site to turn it off? Or do I need to revert to a saved version & reload all the UsersWP plugins? Thanks

If you can access the site by FTP, just delete the recaptcha addon.

Once you are ready to install it again, make sure you setup a key for the version you want to use. I recommend you try V2, first.

Okay thanks Alex, going forward which Recaptcha should I use – the GD one or the UsersWP one or does it matter? Thanks

You should use both, but make sure they aren’t used on the same wp login form.

I recommend again the V2 “I’m not a robot” setting, and to use the same keys for both, at least in the beginning as you get things started.
