Recaptcha on wp users registre form not showing

    Hi guys!

    I had to disable Recaptcha in the UsersWP Register Form since it´s not showing the Recaptcha box, and it´s not leting users register, but I´m getting a lot of spam.

    Could you give me a hand here and see why is it not showing the box on the login page when it´s enabled?

    Hi,

    I have enabled captcha for UsersWP Registration form and it is showing on the register, login, account, forgot forms and also I have registered then logged in and then updated my account detail with captcha verification and all seems working good. Can you please let me know the steps to regenerate the issue so that I can help you out to fix it?

    Also, try to clear/deactivate cache to confirm it’s an issue due to cache or our plugin.

    The strange thing is that it was working before.

    It´s a geodirectory page, it´s the add listing page, should I look for support with them?

    HI,

    there are 2 different reCAPTCHA plugins, one for UsersWP and one for GD.

    The add listing form is not covered by UsersWP, but by the GD plugin.

    Hi Paolo,

    The recaptcha plugin in GD is on too on the add-listing page.

    Should it be loading on the register pop up form? Or do you recomend that I turn it off?

    The pop up with the wpusers register form appears when user access the add-listing page, so that they can register right there.

    The problem is that they can´t register because the recaptcha is not loading and it gives them the recaptcha error.

    The strange thing is that it was working last week, so I´m not sure what´s going on.

    The GD recaptcha is Recatpcha V3 and in usersWP is V2, could that be the problem?

    If it’s the GD reCAPTCHA giving you a problem, please open a topic in the GD support forum.

    I don´t know if it´s the GD or the UsersWP Recaptcha.

    I have a pop up with the register form from UsersWP on the add listing GD page. The recaptcha on that pop of is not loading.

    we don’t have popups for register form between GD and UWP, so that must be something custom made. A probable reason why the reCAPTCHA is not working.
