ReCaptcha settings returning to default, reset

Hi,
I have been using UsersWP ReCaptcha for a while and have noticed off-and-on for a few months, I get this notice in the admin:
UsersWP ReCaptcha addon: API Key and API Secret not set.
When I check, all the plug-in settings for UsersWP ReCaptcha appear to have been reset, or returned to default settings. I have re-entered the Key and Secret two times in recent weeks, including this morning, after getting two spam registrations last night.
Any possible explanation for this?

I would hope not. The spam registrations don’t seem to serve much purpose and often point to full mailboxes.

We found the issue and fixed it. It will be available in the next release. This happens only when you reactivate the plugin.

I have just received some new spam registrations and went to check and the plugin had been deactivated. Is it possible the spam is deactivating the plugin?November 23, 2019 at 12:25 pm #5963It should be not due to spam or maybe someone deactivated or the plugin file error.
