    Hi. I have installed the userswp and other plugins successfully.

    The good news is the Login page looks great.

    The not so good news is the signup form looks terrible and not like other forms on other installations.

    I turned off all other plugins.. this is a multisite setup

    Hello!

    Are you using the shortcode? The second site appears to be using the shortcode for the registration form.

    Yes, I am using the short code.

    I was thinking I would delete the plugin and upload again.

    That sounds like a reasonable approach, to try to reload the plugin. Let us know how it goes
