Remember Me autocheck conflict

Hello,

Is it possible within the plugin to have the Remember Me box auto-checked?

It seems as though there is a conflict wherein another plugin we use “Persistent Login” sets the Remember Me box to be auto-checked – as is intended and expected usage. And that works on *other* registration/login methods we’ve tested (eg. Woocommerce). But for some reason, UsersWP overrides it and does NOT leave the box checked on the Login form.

Any ideas to resolve?

There isn’t an option for that but there are several snippets and third party plugins that can help you keep users logged in.

Hey Alex,

Yes, thanks. And that auto-check functionality is included in the plugin ‘Persistent Login’ that we are using. But for some reason, the UsersWP login form prevents that functionality from working.

It’s like UsersWP is overriding that functionality, so I was wondering if you knew of a way to resolve.

I’ll touch base with that Dev and see if they can override your override, or something.

Any other ideas would be appreciated. Thanks, have a great day.
