I am testing out UsersWP in a staging environment to see if it will meet our needs. Because our members join a national organization, we do not allow site registration to the public.

Under the login “Not a member? Create account” which won’t work for us.

I removed the code in templates/login.php <div class=”uwp-login-links”> but the create account is still present. Where else do I make the change for the login, and where else is it present?

(I do understand that in a live environment, the changes will be in my child theme folder.)

    Thanks.

    Hi,

You need to override the template files login.php, reset.php and forgot.php in current active theme by creating a userswp folder in theme then copy those files in that folder and remove the HTML for displaying register link from all those files.

Let me know if this works for you or not.

    Regards,
    Patrik
