Request: Option to Prevent/Hide Deletion Option (GD)

I’m requesting a feature for an admin setting to either:
1) hide
2) remove/prevent

the “Delete” listing menu option from within the Profile page.

Full justification was presented in above referenced post, but the short of it is that the option for user deletion and/or how that is handled should be fully configured by the admin/site owner…a button/link if desired (as is), a contact form/email request, other form of request, or no deletions allowed (as allowed by regional specific regulation).
