    I am either having trouble with the Facebook Social Login using UsersWP or I don’t have it setup properly. I am setting it up on two sites and each one is doing something a little different.

    1. I am trying to login using the Social Login using a login that is already established. I get the error that “An error occurred while creating a new user: Sorry, that email address is already used!”. I would expect this if I was Registering but I am trying to login.

    2. With the second site I am taken to Facebook and approve it and then I am redirected back to the home page and am NOT logged in.

    I will ask the developers about connecting an existing account.

    For the second site, it looks like you are not using autologin. Check your login settings to set that if that’s what you want.

    Alex, Here is a screenshot of that page. I am not seeing anything related to Autologin. please confirm

    Holidaze.. I hear you. Thanks for all your help during these holidays. On both sites the settings for this was the same.. Auto Approve. Funny how they work differently with the same settings.

    The only other option was “Auto Approve + Auto Login” so I am assuming that is what you were referencing. I will give that a try.
