    Hello,

what PHP version are you running?
If it is less than 5.6, contact your host about an upgrade to 5.6 or higher.

You can also try disabling all other plugins.

Can you please detail the steps to reproduce the issue?

    Hi Alex,

    PHP version is 7.0

    I’ve disabled 2 plugins

    • Easy WP SMTP
    • Really Simple SSL

Unfortunately it didn’t fix the issue.

Other Plugins that are kept enabled are AyeCode products and vital theme plugins

    • Fusion Builder
    • Fusion Core
    • GD Booster
    • GeoDirectory
    • GeoDirectory Advance Search Filters
    • GeoDirectory Ajax Duplicate Alert
    • GeoDirectory Custom Post Types
    • GeoDirectory Location Manager
    • GeoDirectory Marker Cluster
    • GeoDirectory Payment Manager
    • Invoicing
    • UsersWP
    • Wp Easy Updates

You can see the error message when trying to register on the link to follow up in private reply.

    Thanks,
    Mark

These are PHP Warnings, and can be disabled/hidden:

    http://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-turn-off-php-errors-in-wordpress/

We revisit these warnings quarterly and make changes to address them, but these issues should not effect the plugins functionality. Let us know if you are facing an issue with functionality.

    Hi Alex,

I’ve disabled the PHP warnings, any clue what I should do about the “Error: Something went wrong when sending email. Please contact site admin.” issue?

    Thanks,
    Mark

Hi Mark, this is usually shown when the admin email does not match the domain, can you check?

So currently I’m on a sub-domain “test.dotty” but the email used is just “@dotty”.

Is that why? Have set up additional SMTP so I believed that wouldn’t be an issue, I’ll go set up an email for “test.dotty” and see what happens.

I’ll be back with my findings

Changed the wordpress email to “contact@test.dotty” but unfortunately still not working.

    Thanks,

I’ve finally figured what was causing issues on the old site, not going to migrate anymore. Ignore this question please, thanks for your time! 🙂
