    Hello,

UsersWP has an “Author Box” feature, and you can decide which info goes into that, then show it on different post types.

About the size of the box, if you mean the author box, just send us a link so we can check it out.

Hi Alex, it’s not really the ‘author box’ that I need. It’s teh fromating ability to edit the text in the ‘post content box. https://zarubezh.com/post/

    and in the account: https://zarubezh.com/account/

it’s all in one line doesn’t do bold, indentation etc. essentially these fields need to have a formatting ability to be displayed nicely for all the members.

Is this a feature at the moment what are my options for these fields. tia.

On the front end post page, the textarea should be using the advanced editor by default. There is something on your site that seems to turn that off.

The Bio and Textarea field for the profile to not use the advanced editor.

I’ll get a developer to look at the reason why your front end post page is not displaying the advanced editor.
Please add your WP Admin details in a private reply.

    Thanks

    Hi,

I can see there are few errors in the console which can be the reason for not loading the editor in post content. I would suggest troubleshooting by disabling the plugins and enabling one by one to check which plugin is causing the errors. If you have any staging environment then let us know the details and we can look into the issues instead of doing the troubleshooting on live site which may affect your live audience.

    Regards,
    Patrik
