Unable to test register and login functions while 'under construction'

Is there a way to test the signup/register and signin/login function while a site is set as ‘Under Construction’ – I don’t want to launch the site before these features are in place and BlueHost doesn’t have a workaround. Thanks.

Usually those plugins require you to login.

Sometimes a theme will provide a ‘no header, no sidebar’ page that can be used as the front page. Then disable the under construction plugin so you can access the site without login to test.
