Under construction page vs lost password page

The page of lost password is not loaded when i click Lost Password

The site has enable the https://wordpress.org/plugins/under-construction-page/

When I ll deactivate the under construction the Lost Password is loaded normally.

“Under construction” plugins make all pages unavailable to users that are not logged in.

My issue is that if I deactivate usersWP plugin the lost password page works perfect.

That is not the UsersWP lost password page then?
I don’t think I understand …
Can you post your URL and WP admin password in a private reply so we can check?
