Hello again… apparently setting the op cache to enable is not the culprit. Unless it is only being set on a site by site basis. If I understood the server team correctly the dedicated server is server-wide setting. Which brings me to another point.

I just updated another site that has UserWP plugin and here we go again…https://usfdins.com (Site Down)

Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required ‘/home/usfdins2009/public_html/wp-content/plugins/userswp/includes/class-users-wp.php’ (include_path=’.:/opt/cpanel/ea-php56/root/usr/share/pear’) in /home/usfdins2009/public_html/wp-content/plugins/userswp/userswp.php on line 70

This suggests that it is not the binary 1 setting.. but.. it was good to know because it may be contributing, as you mentioned, to crashes when updating other plugins too.. thank you.

Will you need admin access on this one as well? And all the others?

    Kind regards,

    Steve

ps. have to go to the other agency and get started.. will try to check back later..

Its really a issue for your server admin, your server is caching the php files and breaking when they are updated.

You can fix it by copying that clear cache file i put on your other site over to your new site, then just view it in a browser and it will clear the server PHP file cache and it will work.

    Thanks,

    Stiofan
