Users List View?

We have moved to a support ticketing system and our forums are now closed.

    I have the Users View set to List View but it seems that it displays one column instead. Also when I viewing the users page I do not see an option for List View only Grid 1-5.

    How do I show users in a list view?

    The setting at UsersWP > General tab > Users sub-tab > Users default layout does not seem to have any effect for the ../users/ page in my tests.
    I’ll get the developers to have a look for you.

    Hi,

    For bootstrap, it will use only a grid layout for now. We will look into the list layout if we can add but you can use legacy design if you want to use the list layout for now.

    Patrik,

    Very interesting that this is a bootstrap issue. I do NOT know what you mean by “you can use legacy design if you want to use the list layout for now” or how to make a change if I wanted to test this. Please explain. Thanks.

    Hi,

    You can go to UsersWP->General->Developer->Default Design Style to change the layout from bootstrap to legacy. Bootstrap in this setting means we are using the bootstrap 4 classes to prepare the default layout of our components. Regarding your issue, we have changed the list layout to 1 column grid layout so that it can be displayed like a list but it will be actually grid. If you can provide FTP in private reply then I can make changes to show you how it will display as we will test it and then release it in the next update.

    Thanks.. sounds good. Regarding the http://ftp... my setup doesn’t allow me to generate temporary FTP accounts and I have a larger server.. so I get really protective when asked. I hate this because it makes it hard for me. Let me ask you if there is another way that I can do this. Can I upload or modify the files myself with your instructions? can we use a plugin.. I think I have one that will work.

    Also I have two sites that I would like to apply this too.

    Hi,

    Somehow I am not able to access the link above and it is showing error as per the attached screenshot. It might be restricted to your region only. Can you remove restriction till we fix it for you?
