users unable to log in

    Hi there,

    some of my WPusers account holders cannot log in they are getting blank fields screen after filling in credentials, see attached.

    I have tried myself by creating a test WP User account, and I am either getting a blank field screen myself.

    Sometimes I get ‘success, you are now logged in message BUT still get the same screen access as if logged out (ie unable to access my listings or my profile page)

    Please advise! tx

    Hi,

    How do you display the login link? Are you displaying it in the menu? If I can get the admin login details then I can check the things. I can’t find the link to open the login form in popup.

    Hi,

    I don’t find the login/register link which opens a popup. Can you please record a video or let me know the steps to regenerate the issue? I have tried changing the setting to enable the popup but still not opening the popup.
