Hi
After the recent update UserWP Recaptcha Add-on is active sitewide regardless of the settings. It loads even when all the settings where it should appear are unchecked.
Please let me know how this can be fixed.
Thanks.
Roman.
April 5, 2020 at 12:45 pm #7834I cannot replicate that on my test site.
On what page do you see the recaptcha but are not expecting it? URL please?
Please post your URL and WP admin details in a private reply and we will have a look at your settings if you like.April 5, 2020 at 3:58 pm #7835This reply has been marked as private.April 5, 2020 at 11:22 pm #7839That does not seem to come from the UsersWP recaptcha.

I can confirm that the checking of passwords is not acting as it should either.
April 7, 2020 at 5:37 am #7850Hi,
As you are using reCaptcha V3, google recommends loading of it’s JS on all pages so we have not restricted it to any particular page and also sometimes there are login/register widgets are displayed on the sidebar or footer then it will not work if we load the JS on specific pages.

PatrikApril 7, 2020 at 10:11 am #7854Thanks guys for your feedback.
I solved the first problem by changing to Invisbile ReCaptcha.
The second problem with the password mismatch I solved by changing AyeCode UI settings for JS anc CSS loading only the required functions.Thank you 🙂
April 7, 2020 at 10:16 am #7855By the way UserWp Social Login addon doesn’t work properly as well, not sure if you’re using it for this website, but if you do, it doesn’t work here either sometimes. Sometimes it refuses to log me in via FB, other times it logs me in only via Google. I guess it depends on which page I’m logging in from.
April 7, 2020 at 11:26 am #7856Hi,
If you can explain the problem with steps to regenerate then it would help me to troubleshoot the issue. Also, make sure if you have caching enabled on your site then please exclude the login and register pages from caching and let me know if it resolves the issue or not.

PatrikApril 7, 2020 at 12:34 pm #7857If you are referring to problems I encounter on userswp.io, then I’ve attached what I get when I login via FB from this exact page (topic).
When I do the same from the Home page of your website however, it lets me in via FB no problem.
As far as I remember I’ve seen the similar problem when logging in via Google, but I cannot replicate it right now, so maybe I remembered it wrong, not sure, If I encounter smth similar with Google, I’ll let you know.
In regards to my website, I’ll see if the login/register pages are added to the no-cache list. Thank you.April 8, 2020 at 6:29 am #7871Hi,
Regarding our site userswp.io, we are looking into it and will fix it soon. It may be due to test app data but will fix it.
Let me know about your site if you still face any issues.
Regards,
Patrik -
