    Hi,

I had asked this question earlier if I can use email id as user name. The response was that it is not a feature of UsersWP and I shall need to do customization.

I found this link which provides the code to use “Username or Email”.

Question 1: Is it safe to use along with UsersWP and WPGeodirectory?

WordPress 4.5 added the ability to login using the registered user’s email address in place of the username.

Question 2: Do you have any plan to have this feature in UsersWP?

You can use either username or email to log in.
Using a user’s email as their username will expose their email address to all your visitors, so we don’t recommend that.
We recommend using usernames other than the email address, and then users can log in with their username or email.
    Thanks
