When adding a new avatar, the old one is not deleted!

We have moved to a support ticketing system and our forums are now closed.

    Hello!
    When adding a new avatar, the old one is not deleted! It continues to be stored in a folder: “uploads”
    So you can accumulate a very large number of unnecessary images.
    Is there a way to fix this?
