You must have the Groups extension for UsersWP installed and activated in order to access these options.

The UWP > About Group block is used to display group information and description on the frontend. It helps visitors and members understand the purpose and details of the group.

This block appears on the single group detail page.

Widget Options

Below are the available settings for the UWP > About Group block:

  • Widget Title – Enter a custom heading to display above the group information.
  • Group ID (A) – Leave blank to use the current group ID. On the group detail page, it will automatically use the displayed group ID.
  • Group Text Limit (A) – Set the maximum number of characters to display for the group description.
  • Enable Group Member (A) – Enable this option to display the selected group members count.

This block improves user experience by clearly presenting group details and important information.
