I thought the limitation that you can’t seem to turn off “Username” for people registering (and logging in) with UPUsers was causing some conflict…. hence my question.
THanks
Oops – True – I can do that and then overwrite the shortcodes. Will have a play – many thanks
This reply has been marked as private. Thanks Alex,
How do I just revert to GD V2’s login and register screens/functionality?
Cheers
Adrian
Update: I see now that this is caused by a plugin I used with GD version 1 called “Profile Builder”. Is this still not a recommended plugin? By deactivating it just see its shortcodes displayed on the pages… how do I force GD version 2’s login and register pages to appear? Thanks as always. Adrian
Hi Paolo –
Thanks for the reply. I do not even have buddyPress install on my live site – or development/test site. And never had. So, will not be using going forward.
Thanks a million,
Adrian
