    Another plugin may be overriding the setting.
    You can try saving it again, the setting I mean.
    If that doesn’t work please share credentials so we can check out the issue.

    That looks like a style conflict with Listimia.

    They don’t use the popup setting on their demo so it is hard to tell.

    We will take a look if you would care to share admin access.

    To take total control of the tabs, do not use the More Info or fieldset options.

    Instead, add the tabs you want, then use the shortcode option with uwp_user_meta to display all the fields you want in the tabs you want.

    I will ask the developers to say more about the current status of More Info and fieldset.

    If the user has done one of the tracked activities then the tab will show.
