    Hi there
    Something happened recently and users with admin rights can’t login to the website admin area
    The only thing they see is this
    http://prntscr.com/qkcvr0
    No matter what they click they stay on the same page
    The Members Menu (to the right) is working OK
    Disabling this plugin fixes the issue though
    Can you advise please?

    Oh, that shouldn’t happen.

    Please share WP Admin credentials in a private reply along with FTP so we can debug the issue.

    I am able to access the backend with both sets of credentials.

    I went to the frontend and was able to get back to the backend again.

    Clear your cache?

    Hi there
    I’m still unable to login to the backend
    Client can’t login at all
    I mean they can login, but cant can’t go to wp-admin

    I am still able to login with both sets of credentials.

    If you haven’t already try a different browser or use incognito mode in chrome.

    I do not know; if you can get in by FTP you can disable plugins that way.

    I do see that the chamber login is being redirected, now, and cannot access the backend. I have disabled the GD option to keep subscribers out of the backend.

    I also tried disabling UsersWP but the issue persists and I get a ‘too many redirects’ error.

    Do you have any customizations, maybe something in the theme functions.php?

    I think to be thorough you could disable all plugins by FTP.
