Yes, or UsersWP , one or the other.
Right now you could create a different registration page for UWPI see, you should not use UsersWP and BP at the same time, usually one or the other is enough.
Right now they are set to the same registration page and what you are seeing is the BP register form.
Did you add the field to the account form, and then set it to display on the registration form?

I will ask the developers to confirm, but, I think if you have set activation for registration as required, then the redirect on registration has no effect. When registro reloads it is 404, but you should check your server error log for that issue.
For login, the redirection is set to the same page as the UsersWP profile page and is working as expected by redirecting to the actual profile page.
