I could log into you fine.
But it made me think I was trying to use email, I always use email on desktop, and I was trying to login using email on mobile.
As soon as I tried my username it worked.
So the problem is sometimes emails aren’t working on the login form.
Again it’s not just my mobile, multiple users from different devices (desktops, laptops, tablets) have had this issue too.
I’ll ask them to try and log in using their username and see if it then works for them.
However that’s not ideal for my old users as they don’t have usernames, can you think of anything to “switch on” this functionality?

Best,
MarkUnfortunately, I’ve cleared the cache and it’s still present.
There’s nothing in particular that I can see that’s causing it, it’s a bit of a random error with nothing particular in common between cases
This reply has been marked as private.Hi Patrik, thanks for taking a look. Currently caching is completely off on the site itself, the plugin is WP Super Cache.
Cloudflare is the only other thing caching but I’ve already excluded it using a page rule. I’ve attached a screenshot.
Is there something else that could be causing it?
I’ve attached a full system report if that will help (generated by GeoDirectory)
Thanks, Mark
Apologies, that is down to cloudflare I had it in development mode it must of turned back on.
It should be ok now
Hi Alex, it just says incorrect username / password. I thought it might of been the recaptcha so I disabled it. Still the same, unfortunately I tried alot to see if there was a conflict, disabled all plugins, theme, even rolled back. But to no avail.
Just realised the title was mean’t to be “Users can’t log in”
