I would just like the account first name, last name, and username to appear on the account settings form, but I want them to be read-only fields.

HI @giri, not sure if you missed my last response since the topic is marked as resolved. Just bumping this again.

    Thank you.

It’s actually seen in the Supreme Theme demo. In the drop down login box it says “Email” in the username field.

Cloud flare is processing my SSL certificate, so I’ve been having intermittent errors and warnings all night. 🙁

Thanks Giri. However, I don’t see any admin use on the first name, last name, or username fields. I only see the option appear if I add a new text box. Am I doing something wrong? I tried to download and reinstall the latest version from Github too.

    Hi Giri,

Is there a way to get the user names and display names to be set as read only? Also, is there any negative effects if users decide to change their first/last names or their display names? Thank you.

Thank you Giri. But the link takes me to a 404. I tried to poke around github to see if I could find it, but I wasn’t able to.

If this takes care of that redirect/reload issue, then the the popup isn’t necessary. 🙂

Just checking in on this again to let you know that I’ve also tried to reset the password on an entirely different network, device, and browser. Same result. I am unable to submit the reset password form. Thank you.

Wait, so did you get an error or no?

I just tried again. I’m on an incognito browser(firefox) and tried from my mobile browser too. I am unable to reset the password. Each time I put in the password it just says “Invalid Key” in red.

I see in my email log that you received the email to reset your password, but I don’t see the email sent confirming the password change.

Yes, we’re good with the change password form.

When I test the “Forgot password” form, I am sent an email link to reset the password. I load the reset password page, but when I input a new password I get an error that says, “Invalid Key”. I’ve tried 4 times so far, all with the same result.
