Just FYI, it could be a mailserver issue. The best way to track this down is to install the email log plugin to see if emails are being logged and not sent.

In that case a SMTP plugin normally is what is needed.

what seems not to be working is not from UWP, but from the theme.

Looks like that was built to work with Buddypress.

You’ll need to remove that and use the UWP links.

I’m sorry, that add-on has been added after you bought the subscription and should have been added retroactively to all members. I’m not sure why it didn’t, but I asked to Stiofan to verify.

yes it is possible that they are registering through the wp-login.php?action=register page. I’ve added a task for our developers to add the reCAPTCHA widgets in both front end and back end forms.

In the mean time, as Stiofan said, even if you have reCAPTCHA widgets everywhere it won’t stop real human spammer.

For that you could use a plugin like this: https://wordpress.org/plugins/cleantalk-spam-protect/

It cost only $8 per year and it does a tremendous job. Totally worth it.
