Hi,
I can not regenerate the issue on any of our test sites so it seems the issue is on specific to your site so currently, the only solution is https://userswp.io/support/topic/userswp-activation-causes-error/#post-4204.
Regards,
PatrikI have made changes in userswp/includes/class-templatess.php file at line no. 219 by removing code
get_template_part( 404 ); exit();
which was including template 404.php from the theme.
Regards,
PatrikHi,
UsersWP is redirecting to 404 page but also includes the template from 404.php file of the theme. But I have fixed it for you and will be also available in next release. Thanks for spotting the issue.

PatrikHi,
All plugins can have their own page for login and registration forms or pages so if the current plugin you are using has no links to login/register and lost password then it will not display below the form.
I am asking for the screenshot which shows how links were showing there below login/register form and gone after using UsersWP.
Regards,
PatrikHi,
You don’t have UsersWP on your site. You are using Profile builder pro plugin for login and other forms. Can you explain in details with screenshot about how was your website before and after using UsersWP and what is broken by UsersWP plugin?
Regards,
PatrikHi,
This should not happen in general case but let me know the site details so I can do some troubleshooting.
Regards,
PatrikHi,
I would suggest you use recaptcha V2 instead of invisible captcha and check if it resolves your problem. That will force the user to click the captcha checkbox. Invisible captcha works on Google’s algorithm and there is no input box to fill by the user.

There should be a link to register and lost password below login form and link to login page below registration form. Also, you can override the templates login.php and register.php in your theme by creating a userswp folder and putting both the files there and customize as per your requirements. If this doesn’t help then let us know the Admin and FTP details so we can do troubleshooting and fix it for you.

I found the issue was due to the author box functionality of UsersWP and fixed on your site. Please review it and let me know.

It seems you tried to deactivate and activate plugin several time. So I would suggest you delete all the data of UWP and reinstall the plugin. For that, you have to tick checkbox UsersWP->Uninstall->Remove Data on Uninstall? and save and after that you need to deactivate the plugin and delete it from the plugins page on the admin side.
Note:
Let me know if this is a new site or the UsersWP plugin was working but now you are facing the issue then we can try different solutions as the above action will remove all the data saved by UsersWP plugin so take the backup of the database before doing this.Regards,
