I have recreated each of the fields and it now looks to be working. I will do some additional testing to verify any other issues. Thank you!

Just to clarify, I have added the [uwp_account] shortcode to the “Account” page and when I preview it I see the correct form. But when I add shortcodes for the other pages and go to view it redirects to the Account page so I do not see the requested page
Hi, I have tried plugging the shortcodes into the specific pages. After doing so when I click on view I actually get a blank “Account” page no matter which page I am editing, register, login…
