Moderating users is not working

We have moved to a support ticketing system and our forums are now closed.

    Hi,

    thanks for writing in about that. I have checked your site. The registration and login forms are not working.

    I cannot see any issue. Cache is off. I disabled GeoDirectory Google Analytics because that addon is only for V2 (Google Analytics is built in to GDV2).

    The developers will take a look. They may need FTP to debug the issue. If you could write back with that in a private reply it would be very helpful;.

    Hi Peter,

    I have checked your site and it is heavily cached and due to that our UWP forms are not working properly. If you try adding a parameter to the URL which will ignore cache then you can check the registration is working properly. I have registered successfully and activated from the users in backend.

    You have to add register and login pages in the exclude list from cache so that will not be cached.

    Let me know if this resolves your issue.

    Also the site currently does not have an option for excluding cashed pages. Can you recommend a plugin for this?

    If the login url is /login then you can try /login/?y=go (any set of x=y after the ?)

    Ask your host if they have a recommendation for that. It should be a normal concern when the host has such aggressive cache in place.

    Also it would be helpful if there is a “Pending” listed along with “Approved” and “Reject” in the Users listing.

    Well its a no go. The cache is shut off on the website. If we cannot make this work I will have to do something else and remove this software.

    Well I tried to reload the plugin. Made it worse. I give up.

    Can you provide FTP details to look into this issue and troubleshoot it?

    Also, Can you let us know how you reloaded the plugin and what are the issues you are facing after that?
