Moderating users is not working

    Hi Alex,

    OK good I will look at that. The issues are not completely solved yet. I think there still is a conflict with GD on emails. But getting closer.

    OK, I will mark this one as resolved. If there are new issues with email deliverability, install the email log plugin from wordpress.org and make a new topic if you see a problem.

    OK Alex. The only remaining issue is after approval, the approval client email doesnt go out. Otherwise the pages are correct and the registration emails go out.

    Sorry Patrik….last was in response to Alex.

    What I do is I go to the User page and then to the new user and click on edit the user profile. At the bottom is the Moderation box and I select Approve/Reject, then save the page. Its interesting that I cannot extinguish the (1) next to users, although it goes away after several hours.

    Hi,

    That is a bug. It just updates the user but doesn’t send any emails according to the status changed. We will fix it in the next update release. Thanks for informing. You can use the column “UsersWP Moderation” in the Users menu to change the user’s status. If you want to put on pending then you can use the setting in the edit user’s profile page.

    I dont think that works here. I need to get a WP email log program so I can see what is going on. There are many to choose from…have a suggestion?
