Introduction

The Frontend Post
Addon adds the ability for your site visitors to create a post and register on the same page.

Installation

1. Install and activate UsersWP.
2. Install and activate the Addon for UsersWP (see Installing Addons).

Setup

Visit the page here to adjust your settings for UsersWP: WordPress – UsersWP – Frontend Post

Next, be sure to visit your general WordPress settings and allow people to register on your site.

Next, add the shortcode to a page. This is the page that your anonymous users will visit to create their post. In this example it is added to a page called “Post”. Add it to any page you like.

Now that the page has been created, you can optionally add a menu item to point to the page.

Now, when your users visit your site, they can click on a menu item, visit a page, and fill in their name and email for registration, plus create a post at the same time.

The following settings are available.

Profile

Visit the main settings of UsersWP to enable the display of posts created by your users on their profile.
