Please share WP Admin credentials so we can check the settings on the site showing the issue.
Holidaze, apologies. Check on the Register tab.

I will ask the developers about connecting an existing account.
For the second site, it looks like you are not using autologin. Check your login settings to set that if that’s what you want.

If that doesn’t fix it, it may be a plugin conflict. You can try disabling other plugins to see if the UsersWP functions correctly.
If we need to check the settings please share WP Admin and FTP credentials.
Thanks
The Author Box settings are in UsersWP settings in the backend. You can adjust the template there to include the fields you want.
Correct, the uwp_profile code should not be used in the tabs because it will also pull in the UsersWP tabs, which means tabs in tabs, which causes a conflict.
Hello,
The apostrophe issue, what kind of field is it? We can check on that and update you here.
Adding additional locations requires a customization at this time, but I will add it to the list of features the developers will consider for future versions.
The developers will check into it, but, a fix for now is to ‘buy’ them in the shop, they are free, then they should be available for download and then you can install them.
You are in luck because those plugins are free and do not require a license.
If you are in a hurry to install them you can download them from your account on this site and install them directly.
About the error, “Something….” you are seeing that in the extensions tab? Elsewhere?
Thanks for reporting that, the developers will look into ASAP and get back to you here.
Hello,
We are considering adding that and several other contact features in a future version but for now it would require a customization.
